Yara har i dag publisert den integrerte årsrapporten for 2024, inkludert årsregnskap med noter.

Rapporten er vedlagt som PDF-fil og i European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). 

Yaras taksonomi- og bærekraftsrapport er utført i henhold til EUs bærekraftsdirektiv (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, CSRD) og medfølgende EU-standarder for bærekraftsrapportering (European Sustainability Reporting Standards, ESRS).

Lederlønnsrapport og land-for-land-rapportering er publisert separat. Rapportene er tilgjengelige på Yaras nettside:

Om Yara

Yaras formål er å sørge for mat til verdens befolkning på en ansvarlig og bærekraftig måte, og ta vare på jorden, gjennom å kutte utslippene fra produksjon av gjødsel og utvikle utslippsfrie energiløsninger. 

For å drive frem det grønne skiftet innen gjødselproduksjon, skipsfart og andre kraftintensive industrier, vil Yara produsere ammoniakk med vesentlig lavere utslipp. Vi bidrar med digitale verktøy til presisjonslandbruk og jobber tett med samarbeidspartnere i alle ledd i matverdikjeden for å dele kunnskap og fremme mer effektive og bærekraftige løsninger. 

Yara ble etablert i 1905 for å bekjempe hungersnøden i Europa og er i dag et ledende globalt gjødselselskap og verdens største distributør av ammoniakk. Yara har 17 000 ansatte i mer enn 60 land, og bærekraft er en integrert del av vår forretningsmodell. I 2024 hadde Yara en omsetning på 13,9 milliarder USD.
