2025 m. birželio 16 d., atsižvelgiant į pačio valdybos nario prašymą, AB „ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS“ (toliau – Bendrovė) stebėtojų taryba priėmė sprendimą atšaukti Algirdą Pažemecką iš Bendrovės valdybos nario pareigų nuo ją atšaukusios stebėtojų tarybos posėdžio pabaigos.

Apie veiksmus dėl naujo Bendrovės valdybos nario išrinkimo Bendrovė informuos teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka.
