Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend
ATHENS, Greece, Oct. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: CCEC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend per share of $0.15 for the third quarter of 2025 ended September 30, 2025.
The cash dividend for the third quarter of 2025 will be paid on November 13, 2025, to common shareholders of record on November 3, 2025.
The Company has implemented a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”) whereby common shareholders can elect to have dividends reinvested directly into additional common shares issued by the Company. To participate in the DRIP for the third quarter of 2025, the election deadline is November 2, 2025.
