Pranešimas apie šaukiamą AB „Ignitis grupė“ visuotinį akcininkų susirinkimą

2025 m. spalio 3 d. AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė arba AB „Ignitis grupė“), juridinio asmens kodas: 301844044, registruotos buveinės adresas: Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius, valdyba, 2025 m. spalio 3 d. gavusi Grupės daugumos akcininkės – Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos paraišką dėl siūlymo sušaukti visuotinį Grupės akcininkų susirinkimą naujos kadencijos stebėtojų tarybai išrinkti, priėmė sprendimą sušaukti Grupės visuotinį akcininkų susirinkimą (toliau –VAS).

VAS įvyks 2025 m. spalio 24 d. 9:00 val. (Vilniaus laiku), Business Garden Vilnius verslo centre, Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius, LT-04215. Akcininkų registracijos pradžia – 8:00 val. (Vilniaus laiku), akcininkų registracijos pabaiga – 8:45 val. (Vilniaus laiku).

VAS darbotvarkė, kuri yra išsamiau pristatyta pridedamame pranešime, yra:

  • dėl AB „Ignitis grupė“ stebėtojų tarybos išrinkimo naujai kadencijai.

Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerija paskelbė naujos AB „Ignitis grupė“ stebėtojų tarybos kadencijos nepriklausomų, o – iš valstybės tarnautojų parenkamų stebėtojų tarybos narių atrankas.
