TextMagic AS on allkirjastanud lepingu tütarettevõtte Edicy OÜ müügiks 800 tuhande euroga Erply Inc.-le.

 

Edicy OÜ haldab veebilehtede ja e-kaubanduse haldamise platvormi Voog ning kampaanialehtede loomise tööriista Edicy. TextMagic AS omandas ettevõtte 2023. a juunis ning müügitehingu põhjuseks on ettevõtete erinevad arengusuunad.

TextMagic AS sells its subsidiary TextMagic AS has signed an agreement to sell its subsidiary Edicy OÜ to Erply Inc. for 800 thousand euros.  Edicy OÜ manages the website and e-commerce management platform Voog, as well as the landing page creation tool Edicy.
