Le 17 avril 2026, Ronald Sämann, entré au Conseil de Surveillance de Rubis à l’issue de l’Assemblée Générale 2024 pour un mandat de trois ans, a annoncé sa décision de démissionner du Conseil à compter du 5 mai 2026 pour raisons personnelles. 

Marc-Olivier Laurent, Président du Conseil de Surveillance, remercie Ronald Sämann pour sa contribution aux travaux du Conseil et pour sa fidélité d’actionnaire de long terme de la Société.

Ronald Sämann remercie les membres du Conseil pour la confiance qui lui a été accordée ainsi que pour leur collaboration constructive durant l’exercice de son mandat
