AS-i Tallink Grupp dividendi väljamakse ex-päev

Aktsionäride üldkoosolek, mis toimus 20. mail 2025, otsustas maksta aktsionäridele dividende 0,06 eurot aktsia kohta. Esimene osa summas 0,03 eurot aktsia kohta maksti välja 2. juulil 2025. Teine osa summas 0,03 eurot aktsia kohta makstakse välja 25. novembril 2025.

AS Tallink Grupp fikseerib dividendiõigust omavate aktsionäride nimekirja 14. novembril 2025 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga.

Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 13. novembril 2025. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad (TAL1T, ISIN: EE3100004466) ega Soome väärtpaberite hoidmistunnistused (inglise keeles: Finnish share depositary receipt, „FDR“; ISIN FI4000349378) omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende.

Dividend makstakse aktsionäridele välja 25. novembril 2025 ülekandega aktsionäri pangakontole.
