Yara International ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Member of the Yara Board of Directors Harald Thorstein has purchased a total of 2,000 Yara shares. Following this purchase, Harald Thorstein owns a total of 2,000 shares in Yara international ASA.

Details of the transaction can be found in the attachment.

The share purchases are considered as PDMR trade under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and are subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19.
