In addition, it is engaged in the manufacturing of fly ash for usage as an additive in concrete production, and autoclaved aerated concrete bricks, as well as the provision of water and electricity for Ban Chat Hydropower Plant. The Company is also active in the development, construction and leasing of apartment and office buildings. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 88.36% of its revenue came from construction business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was a subsidiary of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company. Effective October 4, 2012, the Company has merged with Licogi 16.9 Joint Stock Company.
