Singapore, June 19, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn iEnergizer Limited's B3 corporate family rating and the stable outlook on the rating.iEnergizer is engaged in the business of call center operations, providing business process outsourcing and content delivery services, and back office services to their customers, from its operating offices in Mauritius and India. Co. provides services to customer lifecycle and provides a suite of content and publishing process outsourcing solutions and customer management services that include transaction processing, customer acquisition, customer care, technical support, billing and collections, dispute handling and market research and analytics using various platforms including voice – inbound and outbound, back-office support, online chat, mail room and other business support services.
