Moody's Ratings affirms TriMas' Ba2 CFR; outlook negative
Moody's Ratings (Moody's) affirmed the ratings of TriMas Corporation ("TriMas"), including the Ba2 corporate family rating, the Ba2-PD probability of default rating and the Ba3 rating on the company's senior unsecured notes. We downgraded the speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-2 from SGL-1. W...TriMas is an industrial manufacturer of products for customers in the consumer products, aerospace, industrial, petrochemical, refinery and oil and gas end markets. The company's brands include Rieke?, TriMas Aerospace?, Lamons? and Norris Cylinder? and Arrow? Engine Company. The company operates businesses in three reportable segments: Packaging, which is a designer and manufacturer of closure and dispensing systems for a range of end markets; Aerospace segment, which is comprised of TriMas Aerospace, which includes the Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, Allfast Fastening Systems and Martinic Engineering brands; Specialty Products segment, which is comprised of Norris Cylinder, Lamons and Arrow Engine Company.
