The Company's customers are divided into two customer segments, namely Producers of capital products, such as AB Volvo, and Users of capital products, such as SJ och Vasttrafik. As of December 31, 2011, it had three subsidiaries, namely Diadrom Informatics AB, Diadrom Simulation AB and Diadrom Systems AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's largest shareholder was AB Apprecia (33.03%).
