MRM Societe Anonyme. MRM SA is a France-based real estate investment company with a strategy focused on performance and risk control. It's portfolio of assets comprises office buildings, retail buildings and case studios located in France in such cities as Paris, Nanterre, Puteaux and Rueil-Malmaison, among others. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries, including Dynamique Financiere SAS, Investors Retail Holding SAS, DB Noratlas, DB Fouga SAS, and DB Neptune SAS, among others. MRM SA is managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors. As of May 30, 2013, MRM SA has completed the recapitalization operation set out in the investment agreement entered into on March 7, 2013 with Scor SE, which acquired a 59.9% majority stake in MRM SA's share capital and the conversion into shares of the EUR 54.0 million bond debt issued by DB Dynamique Financiere, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRM SA. In September 2014, the Company sold Delta two - building office complex in Rungis.
