During the year ended December 31, 2012, 98.49% of its net revenue came from construction activities. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was an affiliate of Song Da No. 5 Joint Stock Company. As of the same date, it had three branches namely 515, 525 and 555. From August 26, 2013 to August 30, 2013, Song Da No. 5 Joint Stock Company has divested all of its stakes in the Company.
