As of Feb 28 2014, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 40 properties with 60 tenants and total rentable 1,352,894.63 sq. m. of area. 59.1% of total portfolio is in Tokyo and the Tokyo metropolitan area including Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba prefectures. 25.4% of total portfolio is in greater Osaka area including Osaka, Hyogo and Nara prefectures. The remaining is in Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, Aichi, Okayama, Saga, Hokkaido, Mie and Hiroshima prefectures.
