Disappointing figures

Over FY2016, BT’s NBI reported a 10.5% increase to TND235.412m. This modest increase was pulled up by a 12.2% increase in revenues from commercial and investment portfolio to TND57.8m and by a 13.14% rise in net commissions to TND50m. The bank’s net interest margin added 8.8% to TND127.6m.
By the end of 2016, the bank’s deposits reached TND3,153.15m, i.e. a 10.7% increase compared to the end of 2015. Customers’ loans amounted to TND3,655.4m, i.e.
