Disappointing Life Figures

SAHAM ??Assurance’s 2015 figures show a mixed picture. Written premiums increased by 2.5% to MAD3,770m. This increase stemmed especially from the non-life business, where sales rose by 3.1% to MAD3,407m, against a deterioration of the Life business to MAD363m (-2.2%, YoY). The Moroccan leader of the motor insurance’s profit recorded a rise of 5.9% to MAD340m. The dividend that will be distributed for 2015 will increase by 11% compared to 2014 (reaching MAD40).
