Saudi Electricity’s Q3 2015 net profit rises 9.5%

Saudi Electricity Co, the Gulf's largest utility firm, reported a 9.5% rise in its third-quarter net profit. The company made a profit of SAR2.92bn in the three months to Sept. 30, up from SAR2.67bn in the same period a year earlier. Q3 2015 sales increased by 8.48% to SAR32.57bn (from SAR30.32bn for the year-earlier period).
