In 9M 2016, SIMPAR’s sales decreased by 13.8% to reach TND7.802m (vs. TND9.054m in 9M 2015). The housing sales fell to TND5.450m in 30/09/2016 (vs. TND6.189m a year earlier), which gives an idea about the operators’ difficulties to sell their inventory.The company’s finished goods increased by 33%, work-in-progress inventory also improved by 97% compared to the previous year.
