Slovenian Weekly Regional Overview 22.10.2018 - 26.10.2018 + NLB IPO

Due to state holidays in a week of 29th October to 2nd November (on 31st October and 1st November to be exact) news flow will likely be very light and consequently next Weekly is scheduled to include news from first full week of November, consequently on 9th or 12th November.

NLB (pending IPO):
Equity at EUR 1,797m on 30th June 2018, however EUR 271m of dividends were paid out in the meantime so adjusted equity would be at EUR 1,527m or at EUR 76.3 per share. CET 1 ratio (before dividend payment) was at 18.7%.
Please note that 90% of float at IPO is intended for institutional investors, while 10% to retail investors. State will sell between 50% (plus one share) to 75% (minus one share) stake in the bank, depending on demand (and price).
Pricing range is at: EUR 51.5 to EUR 66.0 per share. For GDR price range is between EUR 10.3 to EUR 13.2 per GDR (1 share = 5 GDR).
Offering between 29th October and 8-9th November 2018.

CINKARNA CELJE:
Finance newspaper released an article, explaining that nothing materialized regarding a formation form a consortium of sellers of 51% stake in Cinkarna Celje, that was talked about after shareholder assembly in June. However the rumor is persisting.

Cinkarna Celje dd is a Slovenia-based company, engaged in the production and marketing of titanium dioxide pigment. The Company's product range includes titanium dioxide and sulfuric acid; titanium and zinc sheets; zinc wire, alloys and anodes; printing plates, links and graphic preparations, as well as powder, rubber and anticorrosion coatings. Additionally, it offers construction and joint sealants; facade plasters; mortars and screeds; decorative plasters; protection, waterproofing and quick bonding agents; cement additives; copper and sulfur fungicides, as well as other chemical products. The Company operates through one wholly owned subsidiary, Cinkarna-Kvarc doo Tuzla, incorporated in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

GORENJE gospodinjski aparati dd

Gorenje dd is a Slovenia-based company engaged in the production and sale of household appliances. The Company operates through three business segments: Home, producing and selling products and services for home, such as major domestic appliances (MDA), small domestic appliances (SDA), heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and kitchen furniture; Ecology, providing ecology-related services; and Other, with such activities as tool-making, engineering, hotels and hospitality services, trade, and design services. The Company covers the global markets with a portfolio of ten brands: Gorenje, Gorenje+, Korting, Sidex, Mora, Atag, Etna, Pelgrim, Asko and Upo. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was the parent company of the Gorenje Group, which consisted of numerous companies in such countries as Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden,, Norway, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and Croatia, among others.

Telekom Slovenije dd is a Slovenia-based company engaged in the provision of telecommunication services. The Company provides fixed and mobile communications, system integration and cloud computing, construction and maintenance of telecommunication networks, digital content and services, multimedia, digital advertising. It operates under the brands Mobitel and SiOL. The Company's services and products include business bundles, Centreks, Moneta, M vrata, among others. The Company is active in Slovenia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Gibraltar. On November 6, 2013, the Company concluded the transaction of transferring a 100% stake in the capital of PRIMO Communications SHPK to AD-Trade SHPK, Albania. The Company's major shareholder is Slovenska odskodninska druzba dd with a stake of 72.75%.
