The fall of an Italian Private Broadcaster

​Today Mediaset share fell 12 percent to touch a five-month low.Company shares were down after the Italian broadcaster said French media group Vivendi (Swiss: VIV.SW) no longer wanted to buy its entire pay-TV unit, unexpectedly proposing an alternative deal. Mediaset SPA is the Italy’s biggest commercial TV broadcaster and now the society is not in a good situation.
