Alimentation-Couche Tard is engaged in the sale of goods for immediate consumption, road transportation fuel and other products in the U.S., Europe and Canada. Co. operates its convenience store and road transportation fuel retailing chain under several banners, including Circle K, CoucheTard, Mac's, Kangaroo Express, Statoil, Ingo, Topaz and Re.Store. As of Feb. 4, 2018, Co.'s network is comprised of 10,020 convenience stores throughout North America, including 8,698 stores with road transportation fuel dispensing. Co. also operates a network across Scandinavia, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics and Russia through ten business units. As of Feb. 4, 2018, this network is comprised of 2,730 stores.
