EGEO, Arturo Soria and Gala Placidia have been acquired at market yields (3.5%, 4.5%, and 4.5% respectively) and therefore we do not expect any significant value creation. On the other hand, we expect the developments of Méndez Álvaro to generate up to €120Mn equity, given that the expected yield of around 6% BKTSe exceeds current market yields of 4.5%.
