  • In Morocco, ONEE completed restoration of a submarine cable of the 2nd electricity interconnection in collaboration with RED ELECTRICA ESPANA, after several weeks of work;
  • In Tunisia, SOMOCER announced a net profit of TND 3.2m in 2019;
  • The Egyptian Electricity Transmission company (EETC) inked a contract with ENERGYA POWER AND TELECOM SOLUTIONS (ENERGYA PTS) for a project to establish Jirzah generators station with a total cost of LE 295 million;
  • The highest daily performance was recorded by the Kenya Stock Exchange (+0,76%), while the Egyptian Stock Exchange pointed the lowest one (-2.98%).
