- In Tunisia, the 12 banks listed in the Tunis stock exchange realized a 12.8% increase in the Net Banking Income to TND 1.7bn in H1 2017 compared to the same period last year;
- Tunis and Kenya’s main indices record the highest performances of the day at +0.41% each;
- In Egypt, HOLDINGS CARBON invests USD 10.6bn for the construction of a large petrochemical project in the Suez Canal in June 2018;
- In Tanzania, the Treasury Bills auction held on August 25th recorded an oversubscription worth TZS 361.8bn for a total of TZS 169bn offered to the market for tender.
