African Markets Review 11 04 2020

  • In Morocco, RDS convenes its bondholders to the General Meeting scheduled for 12/04/2020 in order to decide in particular on the reprofiling of the MAD 250m bond issued on 10/05/2017;
  • In Tunisia, The Arab Tunisian Bank successfully raises TND 100m on the bond market, issued without recourse to the public offering;
  • In Egypt, EL ATTAL HOLDING launched its latest development, Bayside Ras Sudr, in late October, with total investments of EGP 1.5bn;
  • Bearish overall orientation among the covered African markets with the BRVM Stock Exchange posting the worst daily performance (-2.28%), while the Nigerian Stock Exchange recorded the best one (+0.83%) for the second time this week.
