  • In Morocco, RENAULT GROUP entrusted to its Tangier based factory the production of new range of its legendary EXPRESS van;
  • In Tunisia, Head of Government M. Hichem Mechichi dismissed M. Fayçal Bedhiafi, Head of the NATIONAL WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY;
  • In Egypt, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Khaled Al-Anani, announced that the GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM (GEM) will be ready by next June.The main attraction in the museum will be the collection of King Tutankhamun, which was in display in London;
  • Apart from the BRVM Stock Exchange (-0,36%), good overall performances from the covered African markets including the Nigerian Stock Exchange, recording the highest increase (+6,23%) in more than five years.
