  • In Morocco, IAM the Supervisory Board co-opted Mr. Obaid Bin Humaid AL TAYER as Vice-Chairman of the Board to replace Mr. Eissa Mohamed Ghanem AL SUWAIDI, according to the business press;
  • In Tunisia, ELECTROSTAR published its activity indicators as at March, 31st 2019 showing a turnover of TND 2.96m, down 61.4% compared to the same period a year earlier, mainly due to the delay in granting lines of commitments by signature (letters of credit, documentary credits, guaranteed bonds, etc.);
  • In Egypt, GENERAL SILOS & STORAGE declared, in a statement sent to EGX, a cash dividend of EGP 3.350 per share payable on December, 25th, 2019;
  • Among the covered African markets, Tunis Stock Exchange recorded the highest daily performance (+0.38%), whereas Nigeria Stock Exchange pointed the lowest one (-0.93%).
