  • In Morocco, Mr. Didier LAMBLIN resigned from his mandates as administrator and CEO of CENTRALE DANONE and appointment of Mrs. Nathalie ALQUIER as Chairman and CEO of the company;
  • In Tunisia, MANUFACTURE DE PANNEAUX BOIS DU SUD acquired three companies operating in the wood sector, namely the company COMPTOIR DES BOIS ET MATERIAUX, MAISON DU BOIS DU SUD and SCIERIE AFRICAINE;
  • In Egypt, ALTAWFEEK LEASING COMPANY signed a finance agreement worth EGP 200m with QATAR NATIONAL BANK, the Middle East’s largest lender by assets, during the last couple of days;
  • Among the covered African markets, BRVM Stock Exchange recorded the highest daily performance (+0.57%), whereas Nairobi Securities Exchange pointed the lowest one (-0.28%).
