- Une augmentation de capital par apport en numéraire d’un montant global de MAD 2,4 Md réservée aux salariés d’ATTIJARIWAFA BANK, de ses filiales au Maroc, de WAFA ASSURANCE et WAFA IMA ASSISTANCE;
- La période de souscription devrait s’étaler du 04 au 14 décembre 2018;
- Un RNPG prévisionnel de M MAD 5418 en 2018 (+0,5% par rapport à 2017).
