BKB Weekly Letter 01 26 18 : The 13,000 points cap maintained

  • Upward crossing of the 5% stake threshold in the capital of MAGHREB OXYGENE by HAKAM ABDELLATIF FINANCES, following the acquisition of 40,000 shares at a unit price of MAD 150;
  • Announcement of a probable merger between SALAFIN and TASLIF leading to the creation of a third operator in the consumer credit sector, according to the electronic press;
  • Downward revision of the country’s growth forecast in 2018 to 3.3% (vs. 3.7% previously).
