BKB Weekly Letter 11 05 2020

  • The Casablanca Stock Exchange closes this last weekly session in the green with a MASI and a MADEX in slight improvement by +0.09% each at 10,360.98 points and 8,424.67 points, thus reducing their y-t-d losses to -14.88% and -15.07% respectively;
  • More dynamic than the previous day, the transaction volume amounted to MAD 86.65m, 62.1% of which was generated by transactions involving 57,564 TAQA MOROCCO shares (I.E 0.2% of the capital);
  • At the top of the table, MED PAPER and COLORADO increased by 4,00% each to MAD 14.05 and MAD 47.88 for 629 shares and 2 securities traded respectively;
  • Conversely, SNEP lost -4,00% to MAD 392.55 for 934 shares traded, followed by SONASID which fell -3.77% to MAD 204 for 521 shares traded.
