- La Bourse de Casablanca reprend à nouveau des couleurs avec un MASI en hausse de 0,31% à 11 629,15 points et un MADEX en progression de 0,32% à 9 473,60 points, renforçant leurs performances y-t-d à +2,33% et à +2,61% respectivement ;
- Faible, le volume transactionnel s’établit à M MAD 43,3 drainé à hauteur de 55,9% par les transactions portant sur 20 026 titres TOTAL MAROC (soit 0,22% du capital) ;
- Franchissement à la hausse des seuils de participation de 5%, 10%, 20%, 33,33% et 50% par HOLMARCOM FINANCE COMPANY (via sa filiale HOLMARCOM INSURANCE ACTIVITIES S.A) dans le capital d’ATLANTA en date du 27/08/2019.
