Lettre quotidienne du 05 11 19 : Poursuite du trend baissier
- La Bourse de Casablanca poursuit son trend baissier et clôture cette deuxième séance hebdomadaire sur une note négative avec un MASI en repli de 0,33% à 11 515,32 points et un MADEX en recul de 0,34% à 9 379,95 points, réduisant ainsi leurs performances y-t-d à +1,33% et à +1,59% respectivement ;
- Dynamique, le volume transactionnel s’élève à M MAD 152,6, drainé à hauteur de 55,5% par les transactions portant sur 135 109 titres ATTIJARIWAFA BANK et sur 23 630 actions TAQA MOROCCO (soit 0,1% du capital) ;
- Constatation d’un volume transferts de M MAD 8 portant sur plusieurs opérations ;
- AUTOMOBILE : Poursuite de la reprise à fin Octobre 2019;
- BMCE BANK OF AFRICA : Clôture de l’augmentation de capital réservée à CDC Group Plc;
- SAHAM ASSURANCE : Changements au niveau du Conseil d’Administration de la compagnie.
