Agora principally produces and sells newspapers and carries out the Internet activity. Co. is also engaged in the cinema segment through its subsidiaries, Helios S.A. and Next Film Sp. z o.o., and in the outdoor segment through its subsidiary, AMS S.A. Alior Bank SA

Alior Bank is a universal lending and deposit-taking bank which renders services to individuals, legal persons and other entities which are Polish and foreign persons. Fabryka Kotlow RAFAKO S.A.

Rafako SA (Fabryka Kotlow Rafako SA) is a Poland-based company engaged in the design, development and manufacture of industrial and power-generation boilers. It produces and sells a range of boilers fired with coal, oil, gas or a combination of these fuels, as well as other boilers, including fluidized bed boilers and biomass-fired boilers. The Company also provides diagnostics, repairs and overhauls of boilers and boiler auxiliaries. In addition, it is involved in the production of turnkey flue-gas desulphurization, environmental protection, municipal and industrial waste incineration plants, the provision of boiler pressure parts, and the production of boiler components. Grupa LOTOS S.A.

Grupa Lotos is an oil concern which deals with oil extraction and processing and trading of high quality oil products. Co. supplies the market with, unleaded petrol, diesel oil, fuel oil, aviation fuel, industrial oil, asphalt and paraffin, among other things. Co. is engaged in the production and sales of engine oils and bitumen in Poland. Co. maintains oil exploration and production activities in the Baltic, North Sea and Norwegian Sea and operates three refineries in Gdansk, Jaslo and Czechowice, Poland. Co. markets its products in wholesale markets, as well as in retail markets through a network of petrol stations.

Idea Bank SA

Idea Bank SA is a Poland-based bank, which provides services to individual, as well as commercial customers. ING Bank Slaski is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in providing a range of banking services rendered for individual and institutional clients in line with the scope of services outlined in Co.'s charter. Co. runs operations both in the home currency and in foreign currencies. Co. is also active on the domestic and foreign financial markets. Mercator Medical SA is a Poland-based company engaged in medical supplies industry. The Company manufactures medical gloves and distributes disposable medical materials. Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo SA Polish Oil & Gas Co (PGNiG) is an integrated natural gas company based in Poland. Co.'s core activity covers exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil as well as import, storage, trade and distribution of gas and liquid fuels. Co.'s scope of activity includes gas trading and commercial support, as well as operation, maintenance and expansion of its distribution system. Tauron Polska Energia is engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity and heat in Poland. VOTUM SA is a Poland-based company that offers assistance in claims for damages. It specializes in the proceedings concerning the claims related to damage to persons covered by the system of mandatory insurance. The services provided by the Company include: determining the perpetrator of the accident, preliminary legal assessment of the third party liability, statute of limitations for claims, the scope of damage subject to compensation and obtaining the compensation. As of December 31, 2011, the Company formed a capital group, which was comprised of: VOTUM Centrum Odskodnenia as, located in Slovenia; VOTUM Centrum Odskodneni as, located in the Czech Republic; Kancelaria Adwokatow i Radcow Prawnych A.
