Bank Polska Kasa Opieki (the Bank) is a commercial bank providing a range of banking services, mainly in Poland. The segments of the Bank are as follows: Retail banking, which comprises all banking activities related to retail customers and small and micro companies; Private banking, which comprises all banking activities related to the affluent individual customers; Corporate and Investment banking, which comprises all banking activities related to the companies, interbank market, debt securities and other instruments; and Assets and Liabilities Management and other, which is engaged in the supervision and monitoring of fund transfers, and other activities centrally managed.

Co. performs services as a general contractor and a subcontractor which develops projects for private and public investors in retail, public utility, road engineering, power and residential construction sectors. Co. develops projects in Poland and abroad: in Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg and Holland.

Besides spare parts distribution, which is the core business of Co., Co. is also an exclusive distributor of legendary motorcycle brand “TRIUMPH” in Poland (via motorcycle distribution network, called Inter Motors) and distributor of spare parts and accessories for other motorcycle brands.
Kruk SA. Kruk SA is a Poland-based company, which is engaged in the business support industry. The Company is a multi-operator, which offers loss prevention and debt collection services. The Company divides its business into two main operating segments: Debt Purchase, including acquisition of non-performing debt portfolios, and Debt Collection Outsourcing, offering fee-based collection of debt on client's behalf, focused on consumer and corporate loans. The Company provides services to financial institutions and large corporate customers. It manages receivables of banks, credit intermediaries, leasing companies and digital platform providers, among others. The Company's operating activities concentrate in a number of countries, such as Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain. The Company's subsidiaries include Kruk Deutschland GmbH, Presco Investments Sarl and Espand Soluciones de Gestion y Recuperacion de Deuda SL, among others.
Polnord is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the core business of Co. is construction and sale of residential and commercial property. Co.'s activities include construction; manufacturing of carpenter's works and woodwork for the construction industry; manufacturing sanitary ware, concrete and plaster products; manufacturing metal construction elements; wholesale of construction material, sanitary equipment, metal articles as well as hydraulic and heating equipment; wholesale of chemical equipment; export of construction services; real estate maintenance; activities relative to architecture and engineering; and lease of machines and construction equipment.
Zaklady Chemiczne Police SA is a Poland-based company that is engaged in the production of mineral fertilizers, titanium dioxide and chemicals. The Company divides its business activities into two main segments: Titanium White segment, which offers titanium dioxide pigments, used in the paints, plastics, rubber, textiles, ceramics and paper industries, and Mineral Fertilizers segment, which offers multi-component mineral fertilizers, and such nitrous fertilizer as urea, as well as ammonia, phosphoric and sulphuric acids, sodium fluosilicate, ferric sulphate II and distarpol. The Company operates through several subsidiaries and affiliates companies, such as PDH Polska SA or African Investment Group. The Company's majority stakeholder is the Polish State, which controls 59.43% of the shares.
