Decora Sa. Decora SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the production and dealing of finishing and internal decorating articles. The Company offer includes window and ceiling decor products, such as roller blinds, curtain rods, ceiling tiles, rosettes and moldings, as well as floor finishing products, such as skirting boards, floor insulation and flooring profiles.. The Company main brands are Arbiton, Ewifoam, Vidella, Vidella Prestige and fixprix. As of December 31, 2010, Decora SA operated seven subsidiaries, including: Trans Sp. z o.o., Optimal Sp. z o.o., Decora Nova s.r.o., Decora Balt u.a.b., Decora Hungaria k.f.t., Decora Croatia d.o.o., Decora Distribution s.r.l., ewifoam E. Wicklein GmbH, Decora Bulgaria EOOD, Decora Ukraina T3OB, Decora RU o.o.o., IP Decora East, Decora Trade Sp. z o.o. and Decora Invest Sp. z o.o.
