In the field of Haemato-oncology, the word Revolution resonates with the one of Immuno-oncology since IO really transformed practice and outcomes for a wide variety of cancer types and at different stages in the past decade. However, this success is not exclusive from the continuous progress in targeted therapies and precision medicine, including identification of new mutations and biomarkers alongside corresponding targeted small molecules or antibodies.
