UPDATE | SENSORION | An overlooked opportunity in Gene Therapy

In December 2019, we initiated coverage of Sensorion just as the company was beginning to extend its strategy towards gene therapy while capitalising on its historical expertise in inner ear diseases. Since then, a number of achievements now position Sensorion as one of the most promising companies in its sector including the first positive preclinical results in gene therapy, a reinforced management team and Board of Directors and the creation of a Scientific Advisory Board with international reach.

The Company is principally active in the development of targeted therapeutic solutions to treat inner ear diseases. The Company develops also drug treatments, from molecular biology all the way to animal pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical research and therapeutic solutions to treat vestibular deficits. Sensorion SA is a spin-off of the research team Pathophysiology and Therapy of Vestibular Deficits in Montpellier Neuroscience Institute.
