Accenture Q4 FY18 read-across: some red flags in IT Services for 2019
Yesterday, Accenture reported Q4 FY18 results (FYE 31st August) slightly above consensus and company guidance. FY19 guidance (revenues +5%/+8% at cc) looks cautious as in FY18 management raised guidance every quarter amidst solid execution, but this time it highlighted a couple of ‘red flags’ (hard Brexit scenario, Latin America, raw materials) which could make targets more difficult to exceed. We consider the read-across negative for Capgemini, Atos, Sopra Steria and Indra
