STMicroelectronics: Strong momentum across the board with guidance looking conservative

STMicroelectronics: (BUY, Fair Value EUR24.1 (+28%))
Strong momentum across the board with guidance looking conservative
Yesterday, STMicroelectronics reported EPS 4% above consensus, and Q3 guidance slightly above the street's estimates. The company should continue to benefit from healthy environments in industrial and automotive, while smartphone applications should significantly accelerate in H2 thanks to imaging products. Considering Q3 and full-year guidance, we believe implied growth at mid-range for Q4 looks conservative. As such, we reiterate our Buy recommendation and Fair Value at EUR24.1.
