ABIVAX confirme son éligibilité au dispositif PEA-PME 2017

ABIVAX (Paris:ABVX) (Euronext Paris : FR0012333284 – ABVX), société de biotechnologie ciblant le système immunitaire pour éliminer des maladies virales, confirme son éligibilité au PEA-PME conformément au Décret n° 2016-1664 du 5 décembre 2016 portant application de l'article 27 de la loi n° 2015-1786 du 29 décembre 2015 de finances rectificative pour 2015 fixant l'éligibilité des entreprises au PEA-PME soit :

  • Avoir un chiffre d'affaires annuel inférieur à 1 500 millions d'euros ou total de bilan inférieur à 2 000 millions d'euros
  • Employer moins de 5 000 salariés

Pour rappel, ce dispositif permet aux particuliers d'investir jusqu'à 75 000 euros dans les sociétés éligibles tout en bénéficiant, sous certaines conditions, de la fiscalité avantageuse du PEA classique.
