The report evaluated Accenture and 14 other companies with an established reputation for providing professional services to the utilities industry, with an international presence across EMEA. The IDC MarketScape analyzed capabilities in business and IT consulting, systems integration, application development, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, IT deployment support and IT education and training. IDC conducted multiple interviews with utilities companies, the end users, for the report.
