Kevin Hart Performs I Can’t Make This Up for Audible

Audible Studios, a production arm of Audible.com, today announced the release of superstar comedian Kevin Hart’s much-anticipated memoir, I Can’t Make This Up. Performed with humor and warmth by Hart, the audiobook recounts his humble beginnings in a hardscrabble North Philadelphia neighborhood and his evolution into a savvy businessman and entertainer. At once irreverent, hilarious and touching, I Can’t Make This Up is an enthrallingly intimate listening experience that showcases Hart’s comedic timing and his range as a performer. The audiobook is now available for download at www.audible.com/kevinhart.

“Performing I Can’t Make This Up for Audible was like doing a stand-up show for me,” said Kevin Hart. “I tell stories. I paint pictures in a way that if you weren’t there you’d feel like you were. I can’t do my audiobook justice by not giving one-hundred percent of the performance that you would get if you were at a Kevin Hart show.”

“Listening to Kevin Hart’s deeply satisfying memoir is like having a private audience with one of today’s most talented entertainers,” said Audible Chief Content Officer Andy Gaies. “Hearing Hart’s inspiring life story in his own voice, just as if he is sitting next to you, intensifies the humor and deepens the emotional impact of the narrative to make this Audible edition a truly memorable experience.”

I Can’t Make This Up releases simultaneously in print today.
