Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) (the “Company” or “Apple Hospitality”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of March 2020. The distribution is payable on March 16, 2020, to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2020.
Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $15.12 on February 20, 2020, the annualized distribution of $1.20 per common share represents an annual yield of approximately 7.9 percent.
