Siemens AG, a global technology powerhouse, will share insights on how to unlock the power of the cloud by consolidating legacy infrastructure, significantly decreasing cost and empowering the digital workplace at the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit on September 18th in London. During the presentation, Elmar Spreitzer, head of IT infrastructure strategy and innovations at Siemens, will detail how Siemens has collaborated with Axway (Paris:AXW) (Euronext: AXW.PA), a catalyst for digital transformation, to empower its 330,000 employees in 150 countries to quickly, easily and securely share digital content by taking advantage of the latest innovations in enterprise file sync and share (EFSS) technology.
To support “SmartStorage,” the company’s largest digitalization initiative aimed at delivering critical internal and external file sharing capabilities to employees, Siemens needed to break down collaboration barriers and securely modernize its digital workplace.
