Bristol-Myers Squibb Announces Dividend

The Board of Directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) today declared a quarterly dividend of thirty-nine cents ($0.39) per share on the $.10 par value Common Stock of the corporation. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on August 1, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 7, 2017.

The directors also declared a quarterly dividend of fifty cents ($0.50) per share on the $2.00 Convertible Preferred Stock of the corporation, payable September 1, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2017.
