Citi Private Bank Continues to Strengthen West Coast Team

Citi Private Bank announced today that Kush Malhotra has been named Regional Market Manager for Western Region – South. In this capacity, Mr. Malhotra will oversee a team of private bankers and investment advisers servicing clients in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orange County and Phoenix. Mr. Malhotra will be based in Los Angeles and report to Halé Behzadi, Global Market Manager – Western Region, Citi Private Bank. “Kush brings a wealth of experience to the role, having been with Citi for 27 years. As he did for the Citi Private Bank Western Canada office, I am confident that Kush will continue to leverage global opportunities to deliver a diverse range of investment and credit solutions to our clients in the southwest region,” said Ms. Behzadi.

Previously, Mr. Malhotra served as Regional Market Manager for Western Canada for Citi Private Bank. Prior to that, he served as an Onshore Country Manager for Citi Private Bank in Indonesia and as a Senior Private Banker in Singapore. Before joining the Private Bank, Mr. Malhotra operated as a member of Citi’s Corporate Audit team in Mumbai and Singapore. Mr. Malhotra holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University in Maharashtra, India. He is a Chartered Accountant in India and CFA Charterholder.
