Discover, which operates only U.S. based customer care centers across the country, has announced more than 200 open positions in its Phoenix location. The hiring initiative includes a variety of full-time positions in customer service, collections and fraud.

Discover’s Phoenix customer care center provides customer service, banking, marketing services and support functions for Discover and Discover Network customers. Key responsibilities for customer service positions include listening to the needs of customers and offer powerful solutions and responding to concerns regarding accounts in a fast paced, structured environment. The openings are a result of Discover’s customer growth and the need to provide customers the best customer service.
The center is home to many amenities including an onsite state-of-the-art fitness center that features free weights, cardio machines and aerobic classes. The campus also includes a mile-long walking path, lounges, and sports facilities. The full service cafeteria that includes a variety of healthy eating options with nutrition information included on freshly made dishes. Discover Financial Services promotes employee wellness by having an on-site nurse, counselor and weekly on-site subsidized Weight Watchers meetings.
