First Internet Bancorp Announces Completion of $25 Million Subordinated Notes Offering

First Internet Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:INBK), the parent company of First Internet Bank (the “Bank”) (www.firstib.com), today announced that it has completed its previously announced public offering of $25 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.00% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”).

FISHERS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of First Internet Bancorp (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: INBK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025.
